With nine years of professional caregiving experience, I have developed strong skills in compassionate care, crisis support, and assisting individuals with diverse physical and emotional needs. My background includes working with individuals of all ages, dementia, mental illness, and high-acuity cases. I was honored to receive Caregiver of the Month back in 2021 in recognition of my dedication and consistency while supporting a senior client seven days a week over a six-month period. Throughout my career, I have worked a wide range of shifts, including extended hours of up to 16 hours, in high-responsibility roles. I also bring four years of experience safely transporting children, older adults, and individuals with varying disabilities. I am known for being adaptable, calm under pressure, and deeply compassionate. I take pride in providing dependable, respectful care to each individual I support, as well as to their families.
