Hello! My name is Mackenzie and I live in the Longmont area. I have a degree in Secondary Education and teach high school social studies at Erie High School. I have a real passion for teaching and am always willing to help with school work. I’m also currently at CU Boulder earning my Masters in Education. During college, I would babysit for a family on a needs basis (date nights, trips, etc.) I also worked with that family over two summers and would plan fun and educational things for the kids. For example we would go to the library for reading times and to check out books, splash parks on hot days, ice cream trips for a special treat, and help with their reading and writing skills on a daily basis.
