Hello! I’m Eleanora, and I could be your next fun-loving, responsible, and encouraging babysitter! I currently work as a homeschool teacher for a child with special needs. Since we don’t have school in the summer, I am seeking a position similar to my current field for late-May/early-June into mid-August. I love working with children and plan to open my own preschool in the next 5 years or so. I enjoy encouraging the special creativity, amusement, and curiosity unique to children, and I am dedicated to identifying and adapting to the needs of each child. I strive to help each individual accentuate their unique talents and grow into who they were made to be. I love the outdoors, music, cooking, arts and crafts, and even tag! I’m happy to help your kids learn to swim, take them for a hike, or make an adventure of a rainy day at the children’s Read more museum with them. I have lots of ideas for at-home arts and crafts, science experiments, learning scavenger hunts, and more for them to enjoy. When it comes to discipline, I am happy to adapt to your ideals for your children. I know that everyone has their own parenting style, and I’m not about to cramp yours! I am comfortable with being firm and I can give extra grace, too. Every home is different and has different needs, and I’m here to help yours grow stronger! I would LOVE to meet you and work with your children this summer - a summer they can remember fondly forever! A few extra tidbits: **I own my own car and can easily commute to your house and take the kids wherever you’d like. **I cook a lot (both with my homeschool student and for my very hungry husband!), and I am happy to make snacks and lunches or even prep your dinners for you. I am very experienced in including the kiddos (safely) in this activity as well. **I used to teach voice and piano lessons, and I would be happy to provide some tunes or some lessons for your kiddos. **I grew up helping my dad in his pet-sitting business, and I am happy to care for your pets along with your family.
