Hi! I’m new to Sittercity — here’s a bit about me: I’m currently a full-time college student at the University of Northern Colorado, majoring in International Relations and getting a minor in Asian Studies. While school keeps me busy, I’m looking for babysitting jobs on weekends, weekday afternoons, or evenings. For the Fall 2025 semester, I’ll be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and after 4:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. My childcare experience: I’ve had the joy of working with kids in both volunteer and professional settings. For one year, I volunteered as a Catechism teacher assistant, and for the next two years, I taught my own classes of elementary and middle school students at Saint Nicholas Catholic Church. I’ve also worked three summers at Aims Community College’s College for Kids program, primarily with elementary and middle school-aged students. A little about me: I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, Read more and currently learning Japanese for my major which often comes in handy when working with families and children from diverse backgrounds. I’ve been described as adaptable, empathetic, and creative, which are qualities I bring into every childcare setting. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching shows, and spending time with my five siblings, three of which are younger and have taught me a lot about patience and fun!
