Experience: Hi there, I’m Gracie! I’m 23 years old, and currently work as a Registered Behavioral Technician at a behavioral clinic. I work with kids and adults with ASD from ages 3-20 on becoming more independent, and learning every day skills! I’ve been in the field for over 3 years, and absolutely love it. Before becoming an RBT, I worked as a lead infant teacher in two different daycares where I worked with infants from ages 6 weeks-1 year. Although I was primarily in the infant rooms, I also worked in other classrooms with ages spanning from 2-12 years.
