I am CPR, UP, and First Aid qualified In the past I have worked at a child care center as the 6 weeks - 6 months, 6 months to 1 year and 3-4 year Lead teacher. Also I have worked with multiple families in the past as a nanny for ages ranging from 3 months to 8 years old. I think that the key to a great nanny family relationship is communication. As a nanny I use a daily sheet for the parents to write down all the important things from the day.
