Hey y’all! I’m a recent graduate from Baylor University that has just returned to Fairfield County and am currently available for weekend babysitting and would love to support families in need of a reliable, experienced caregiver. A little bit about me: I am 22 years old, just graduated with my degree in Child and Family Studies from Baylor (sic ‘em bears!) and will soon be pursuing my masters in social work in hopes of becoming a trauma informed counselor for children & families, with a special interest in military family dynamics. I have professional experience working with children and families in early childhood development centers, therapeutic care, and nannying! I’ve worked with children of all ages (but mainly infants through pre-k!), including those with autism and sensory needs, and I bring a trauma-informed, play-based approach to every child I care for. Safety, emotional regulation, outdoor play and exploration, creativity, and Read more having fun (Of course!!) are always top priorities for me! I am also very pet friendly (I have a gentle giant of my own, my Great Pyrenees mix Milo!), have reliable transportation, and have 9+ years of babysitting experience! I am always ready to help with house cleaning, meal prep (i LOVE to cook!) and any additional help you may need. I’m also currently pursuing my RBT certification!
