Hello, I am Michelle Van. I am a recent graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University. I have worked as a paraprofessional at Delta T Group since January 2021 and I have volunteered with young children since my junior year of high school. I love working with kids, I believe they are a great joy to be around. I have the friendliness, patience, and creativity through music and art that is necessary to be around young kids. At every job, I have gained the trust of students and have been able to provide support with academics and social activities. I have supervised mealtime and recess. I also change diapers at the job.
