Hello, my name is Melissa! I am a twenty-five year old female, currently enrolled in a graduate counseling program at the University of San Diego. I have been babysitting since I was twelve and I absolutely love it! I am naturally very playful and energetic and genuinely enjoy interacting with children of all ages. I have cared for newborns to adolescents and everything in between. I studied psychology for my undergraduate and graduate education, which focuses on childhood development. This has allowed me to become knowledgeable and interested in the developmental milestones of children. I have worked with children in a clinical capacity as well, encouraging emotional resiliency and emotional intelligence. I find children’s endless curiosity, energy, and playfulness exhilarating. My style of caretaking is definitely hands on and involved.
