I've been caring for children of all ages in childcare centers and as a nanny for 35 years. I also have 4 grown sons of my own including twins. I absolutely love children. I am a caring, patient, and attentive nanny/sitter who enjoys playing, teaching and being on the go. I have extensive knowledge of child development and age appropriate activities that help a child grow and develop. I focus on nurturing the whole child including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive abilities. I work hard to foster a sense of responsibility, manners, and respect and lead by example. I have 6 grandchildren ( yes 6) and I have watched them all from birth to full time school… when my last little one went to school full time I started watching other little ones, from as young as 3 days old to the ripe age of 98 years old.. I am extremely qualified in infant care…. I love guess I am a full service caregiver… I am fully vaccinated and boosted for everything from COVID on.. I am certified in CPR and Emergency Medical Treatment and Care.. I have also been cleared and certified by the Staye of Connecticut Department of Children and Families.. In school I was involved in clubs (president of the drama club), swim team, and have been a Girl Scout since elementary school. I am certified in first aid + CPR and Lifeguarding.
