Ulanda is an exceptional caregiver. My son truly could not have had a better sitter. She was a second mother to him. Her experience clearly showed while she was our sitter. Ulanda has a wonderful way with children. She immediately found the right approach with our challenging, high-energy 4 year-old boy who likes to test people to see what he can get away with. And our more sensitive 1.5 year-old girl felt comfortable with Ulanda from their first meeting. Ulanda worked with us for a year. She was reliable and made an effort to be available whenever needed for childcare. She has an obvious talent for connecting with children and clearly enjoys her work as a nanny/ sitter.
