Hello! My name is Sierra. I am in my 20s and currently pursing nursing school so that I can achieve my goal of being a NICU nurse. I have had 4 years of nannying/caretaking experience (ages 6 months to 98 years old!), although I am the oldest of 3 children so I feel as though I've been babysitting all my life! I am a respectful rule follower but am also creative and love to have fun with kids.
