My name is Mackenzie Morrison, I am 20 years old and I live in Madison, CT. I am a Human Rights and History major at UConn, and I'll be a junior this fall. I have always enjoyed working with kids. I can help your child with their schoolwork and encouraging a lifelong love of learning. I have basic knowledge of the French language and I have taken French classes since I was in middle school. Throughout my junior and senior year in high school I also taught viola lessons to people of all ages through the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven. I can teach basic lessons for all string instruments and basic to advanced lessons in viola performance and musical theory. In my senior year in high school I had the opportunity to participate in a wonderful program in which myself and three other high schoolers helped run a Read more nursery program that hosted 26 two to four year olds on weekday afternoons. In this class I taught music, language and art lessons and organized group activities and games. Afterwards I babysat for one of the families I met during my winter break. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I'm excited to meet you and your child!
