Hi there! My name is Risa and I am currently a School Psychology graduate student at the University of Connecticut. I have experience working with a kids ages 6mo-18yrs of age, but have a particular soft spot for kids ages 1-4yrs! Prior to moving to Connecticut this year, I worked as a childcare teacher in Tallahassee, Florida and as a virtual tutor for students with learning disabilities. Last May, I graduated from Florida State University with my B.S in Human Development and Family Sciences. I love working with kids and helping them succeed to their highest potential, and it’s this passion that has shaped the trajectory of my career.
