I’m 51 year old mom of a 20 year old college student Robert, wife of 21 years To my husband Bob and college student. At age 50 I decided to get my certificate in Early Childhood Education. I am currently taking on classes due to Covid 19 and the colleges are hybrid this semester. I love children and animals, anyone who knows me knows I love kids. I had a home daycare for 4 almost 5 years between 2001 to 2005. I closed the business to take care of my husband, he broke his back and had 4 spinal fusions, he is a great guy. I did go back to work part time as a Pampered Chef Consultant and a van driver for a school bus company Where I drove an autistic child to school and as a receptionist. No matter what job I’ve done I have always been drawn Read more to children. I hold the babies in church when they cry and sooth them. The moms love it. I make sure the kids have snacks at the receptions after church. My neighbors children craft with me. I take pride in being a great mom and I need a job. Taking care of a child or children comes natural to me. I will cook, and do light clean up for the child and family if needed. I’m crafty and would do age appropriate arts and crafts. Circle time for reading and learning our letters, colors, shapes and sing songs.
