Last summer I was employed with the Russian American Foundation as an overnight camp counselor. I was responsible for the well-being of children ages 9-12 from around the world while they participated in an intensive ballet program. I was accountable for communicating with staff, entertaining participants, organizing activities and keeping children safe.
