Hi everyone! I'm Anna, and I've always been passionate about nurturing and educating young children. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I grew up in a big, loving family with 11 siblings and over 20 nieces and nephews, so caring for children has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've worked with children of all ages, but most of my experience is with 12months to 5 years old. I was a student teacher at Hill and Plain Elementary School in New Milford for the preschool, which was a great experience where I could further work on my ability to engage children creatively. I helped plan lesson plans, assisted in and led activities ranging with interactive story times, music, and movement sessions to hands on science experiments, and various art and sensory projects. At the moment I'm working as a nanny as I work towards my long-term goal of becoming a teacher. I bring strong communication and endless patience. We feel so fortunate to have met Anna. She's personable, responsible, and our kids adore her. She kept them busy every day, took them to get ice cream, the park, swimming, and even housesat for us while we were on vacation. I highly recommend Anna, and my kids do too!
