My name is Kate Lyn Nol. I am 26 years old and I currently work as an Emergency Room nurse. I am CPR, ACLS, and PALS certified. I grew up with 2 little brothers who are 10 years younger than me so I quickly became the second mother in the household when my mother would be away for work. Having nursing in my background, we deal with a lot of patients that may be challenging and I must be able to de-escalate any situation by quickly assessing situations and how to go about things when dealing with certain people especially babies. I quite understand that kids tend to feed off energy and the first thing you need to establish is trust. That’s why I always make sure to establish that trust when their parents or caregivers are around because they are more inclined to trust me if they see that Read more I am communicating well and getting along with their parents/caregivers first. I love nature, dancing, singing, and reading bed time stories. I am also big on cooking so I don’t ever mind doing that for the little ones! Please let me know if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them!!
