Hi.my name is Dave Gallupe. I have been a licenced foster parent thru DCF since 2010, for the past 8 years newborns are the children that I love taking in. I have had 16, mostly substance abuse baby's, for time periods of 3 months to two years in duration. I'm CPR certified and am licenced for medically complex baby's also.I'm looking to babysit one infant at my home because I usually have one baby,sometimes two here to care for. I have cared for two DCF baby's several times but lately only have one at a time. I also have two adopted boys, 13 and 17 that are at home with me.
