We interviewed Eliana - she has a great work ethic and as a past athlete had fantastic time management skills. She was a great communicator and very engaging. She also was very responsible and loyal to the families she worked with. Unfortunately for my family, Eliana's availability based on her commitment to her current family didn't work for us. She will be a great nanny for a lucky family!
