Since I was about 10, I would go to work with my mom every summer at the day care she had worked at and help out in the baby department which is newborns to about 2 years old. I did that till about sophomore year of high school, then I just volunteered every now and then to help with the 3 and 4-year-old. My duties consist of changing diapers, feeding, watching, cleaning, playtime etc. So I have a good amount of experience.
