I have over 21 years of experience working in licensed childcare facilities and before and after school programs with children ages 8 weeks through 10 years both as a teacher and administrator. I believe that children learn through play and hands on experiences which is why you can often find me on the floor interacting and exploring, running around outside, or just chatting with and getting to know them.
