I had met Olivia in person. She seemed great. I had given her the days that I needed a babysitter. She confirmed those worked fine. The day before her first shift, I confirmed via text message. The morning of the first day, she was a no call no show. No communication that she was no longer interested. She blocked my phone number. Would not respond back to my husband. Now my husband is late to work with last minute notice. Not reliable. Horrible communication. I would not recommend or rehire

Olivia was responsive from the very start. I am eager to start working with her. She has left a great impression with me and remained professional throughout our communication and was very understanding to my pre hire demands of meeting my kids and spending time with them before she starts. It is impressive especially considering she is 18 years old.
