I have been working at a nursing home as an LPN for 3 years and with hours and schedules it would be better for me to try and find a position that allows me to be home. I have been babysitting since I was 16- I have lots of references. The longest I stayed with a family was 5 years until the youngest started school, we still keep in touch on a daily basis.
