Katie was wonderful! Even though we had never met her before, my kids were completely comfortable with her upon her arrival (15 minutes early, I might add!). She was extremely professional and warm. She asked some questions about their bedtime routine and care. Five stars, I would recommend Katie wholeheartedly!
