Hi! I'm Courtney, a seasoned babysitter with over two decades of experience. I come from a family of teachers, making connecting with children second nature to me. I started with Sittercity in 2017 before grad school and am proud of the family ratings and reviews I earned (check them out!). Now based in Quincy, MA, with a flexible & remote day job in the arts, I'm excited to return to babysitting and am available on most weekday afternoons/evenings as well as weekends. I've cared for little ones of all ages and enjoy tailoring activities to their interests, from baking and singing songs to working on puzzles and helping with homework. Courtney babysat our girls in a hotel room and did a fantastic job! She was very flexible with energetic/tired children and got them to bed with very little instruction. If we lived in DC I would absolutely book Courtney again.

Courtney was really great with my daughter. She immediately started playing with her when she arrived, so my daughter didn't even realize that I had left the room. She took her to story time at the library and spent time with her outside. We touched base on the phone a few days before she babysat for the first time, and I really appreciated that she made that effort to reach out before. Highly recommend!

Courtney watched my daughter for several hours on a day off from school. They stayed busy playing games and making crafts. When Courtney left, my daughter immediately asked when she could come back again to play - the best sign of a great sitter. I would definitely book Courtney again!

Courtney was fantastic with our 2 boys, who are 9 and 11. She showed up with energy, enthusiasm and the boys immediately took to her. She played basketball, lacrosse, and other games with them, and they were good and tuckered out by the end of the day. Thank you, Courtney!
