Hi! I am currently a rising Junior at Davidson College in North Carolina, where I am majoring in English and Hispanic Studies. When in school, I work as a mentor and tutor for children of low-income families in Davidson, N.C. I also have had 5 years of previous babysitting experience, typically in the summer on Martha's Vineyard. Since age 12, I have participated in mentoring programs where I get to work with children ranging from Kindergarten to High School. These programs have been especially gratifying and have shown me the influence that I can have on virtually any age. I also have an older brother with special needs and am adept at working with children with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. I have been very fortunate to work with such incredible children over the past 5 years, and I hope to continue this throughout my time in college.
