Hello parents and families! I am a graduate student at Howard University pursuing a career in Speech-Language Pathology. I am devoting my career to helping both K-12 students and adults with their speech and language needs! I am passionate about the care of children of all ages; and would like to translate that passion into babysitting as I pursue my degree. Although I reside in Washington, DC during the school year, Tulsa, Oklahoma is my home! I will be in the Tulsa area for three weeks to spend my Winter Recess. Thus, my availability is wide open until the New Year! I would be interested in both consistent work or occasional sitting jobs. I'm new to Sittercity, however, I've been babysitting occasionally over the past 10 years for children of all ages (ranging from 6 months to 14 years), however I am most experienced with children between ages 3 years Read more and 14 years old. I also have experience in K-12 education, as I have volunteered at a charter school in Chicago and the Anacostia High School cheer team in Washington, DC. Additionally, I've grown up with pets all of my life, so l am more than willing to look after any furry family members. I appreciate families and children from all areas of life, and am willing to help out with any household, cooking or school-related tasks.
