Oh my goodness! Hailey is a gift to our whole family - not just our two girls. As an older sister she innately understands the impact of being a role model which is something that separates being an incredible nanny from a great babysitter. She has an incredible disposition that allows her to be both a ton of fun for the kids AND a calming presence with them. Her first day with us, she came in, mid-day without any direct information from me and got the girls up from their naps, juggled our 75 pound dog, and left everyone (myself included) smiling and laughing. Her drive and passion in school and on the field transcend her work with children. She is both disciplined and reliable while having endless energy to play with the kids. She is unflappable. She regularly has dance parties, gets everyone outside, creates learning games, crafts, reads, goes to the playground, and so - much - more! We call her our little angel because she has helped us so much. If you have the ability to hire this incredible person you will not regret it!
