Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a young, energetic female who loves children (and pets)! I have experience as a babysitter for a family with four children (ages 1, 3, 10, 10), and I am also First Aid certified by the American Heart Association. I volunteered to tutor children and refurbish preschools in South Africa in 2019, and I have worked as a camp counsellor for preschoolers. I am a collegiate basketball player at Bowdoin College and have spent time volunteering at sports clinics to keep children active. In the summer of 2020, I completed the EEC training to become a Teacher's Assistant at a preschool in Massachusetts. In the winter and spring of 2021 I moved to Hawaii to work as a preschool teacher on the Marine Crops Base. I also babysat for 4 families with children through the ages of 1-8 years old through Sittercity. I am moving to Maine for college at the end of August, so I will not be available this school year!

She is so interactive and fun! Kids warm up to her really quickly. You can tell she has experience by her peaceful demeanor and ability to remain calm during a tantrum. She is really good at distracting and redirecting. Kids love her!
