Hello! My name's Alesha and I would love to be your next sitter. After spending my teenage years babysitting and discovering my love for children, I spent my early 20s working various childcare jobs. My favorite was leading the infant room at a Montessori school. I was able to learn so much about how infants grow, learn, and play and help parents explore new ways to enrich their child's development. Even though I have transitioned out of the childcare sphere, I miss working with kids and would love to get back into it part time. Some of my favorite thing to do with kiddos are arts and crafts projects, exploring outside, and reading a good book (so many libraries in DC to explore!). I really enjoy exploring children's natural creativity and making fun memories for them.
