Hi! My name is Cyan and I've always loved working with children. I currently volunteer with 6th grade students (specifically boys) after school, and have previous experience as an after-school program counselor with 1st and 2nd graders. I am naturally social, extremely empathetic, kind, and caring. I am a problem-solver and super resourceful. I am also CPR certified by American Red Cross. Although I do not have extensive experience with other age ranges and grade levels, I am eager to learn and will adapt quickly to the change. I also do not have significant experience caring for children with special needs, but I have some volunteer experience with the Special Olympics of DC. I love pets!
