I started babysitting when I was 11. My first neighboor had a baby, her firstborn and I just fell in love with that little boy. I was taking him out, playing with him, feeding him. Two after she had a baby girl so i just continued to babysit her too. Years after, I was always the one who babysat all my little cousins and neighboors' children. In Bosnia, where I acoming from, children are usually in day care when parents work so I was not gettin paid for my babysitting. The benefit was the time I got to spend with those children. In 2009, I applied for Au Pair program. I arrived to US In September of 2009 to become an au pair for two children age 6 and 9 at that time. All I can say, it was a wondeful experience. So, I am currently enrolled in my Master's of education and hope to become a teacher one day. So I can continue to do what I love to do the best - work with children.
