I am an experienced nanny currently employed by a lovely Dupont Circle family on a part-time, live-out basis. I am free from 7 am- 3 pm Monday through Friday and am eager to find additional childcare opportunities in the DC area during those hours. I have 13+ years child care/ babysitting experience and I am comfortable with infants and children of all ages as well as multiples (and animals!) I get great joy from teaching youngsters new skills, helping with reading and homework and simply listening to what is on their minds. I have special needs/learning disabilities aptitudes, infant and adult CPR/First Aid certifications and knowledge of French and Italian languages. I studied psychology and vocal performance at Vanderbilt University and attended the Kent School in Kent, CT and Rippowam Cisqua in Bedford, NY.
