My name is Ayress, and I am a student at Delaware State University, in their online criminal justice program. I also am employed at NLA on my own set schedule. I have worked in the daycare center at church with every age from infants to toddlers. I chose to work at the daycare center because I know that I am great with kids and I enjoy working with them. I am the third of eight kids, so growing up all I did was watch over my younger siblings as if they were my own. Considering the fact that it’s all I’ve truly experienced growing up, I figured I’d continue to do what I enjoy doing.
