Hi! I'm Tiffany, and I am 21 years old. Childcare has been a huge part of my life ever since I graduated in 2017. I began as a YMCA afterschool/ summer day camp counselor in 2017, and left when I moved from Georgia to Delaware in 2020. Working here is what kick started my passion and drive for childcare. I also juggled a part time daycare position during my employment at the Y. After I settled in here in Delaware I was quickly hired to work at a daycare where I worked with newborns up to school age. That's a quick run down of my experience with childcare, but I have many qualities to go along with my employment history. Any child in my supervision will be TOP priority, and that is a guarantee.
