Hello there, my name is Natalya Byrd. I have been in and out of childcare for about five years now. After graduating high school I found a passion working with kids during Covid people around my neighborhood would ask for a babysitter, I even became a nanny at one point. When I went to school, I started studying behavioral science now I have graduated with my associates degree. After that, I decided to work in daycare’s specializing in behavior and I loved it.
