Hello parents, My name is Shaundra. I have been working with kids since the age of 15 volunteering at a local childcare. While doing that I also volunteered with an organization called Nathanials hope. When I was 22 years old I starts working at a preschool as a teachers aid. I worked with children from infants to age 12. I than got my CDA (child development associate) and became a lead. I quickly became a lead teacher/admin. Soon after I got my Director Credential And became a Director. I am also CPR and first aid certified.
