Hello! I am a kind, reliable, and fun loving person who loves to take care of young children. I have approximately 3 years of childcare experience, working at a daycare back in Michigan. I have Early Childhood Education training certifications from working at the day care center. Working with young children is my passion and their safety is important to me as well. At the daycare I taught the children basics such as Letters, numbers, name recognition, shapes, etc.... I enjoyed teaching the kids and having a laugh with them. I helped them learn new things day to day that helped them grow for example potty training, using utensils, drinking out of a cup, put their jackets on /off, and taking shoes on or off. Also, positive reinforcement was a big factor at the daycare and I still believe in positive reinforcement. I highly believe children learn more from a Read more positive reward as opposed to a negative reward. Growing up I took care of my special needs sister and always have wanted to help people. I am willing to help with any errands or tidying up around the house when requested. I understand that trusting that your child is in the right hands is very important and I hope that in time you can confidently trust me with your child. I have experience working with infants up to pre-k age and I would babysit for a lot of the families from the center in addition to working there full time.
