I'm 26 years old, and a married mother of 3. Prior to becoming a mother, I was a live in nanny for two separate families with special needs (autistic) children and worked full time at KinderCare in Frederick, MD. During my time as a live in nanny, I cared for 2 children in the first home, and 3 children in the second. Neither jobs left on bad terms- the first was reoccurring every summer for several years and the second ended when my contract ended, and two months later I was married. Our children are 10mos, 3 years and 5 years. All three are girls. Our oldest is in VPK 5 days a week. I would prefer to keep your little one in my home. We are a smoke free, pet free home. Happy to watch your little one during date nights or a few regular nights a week. The Read more main reason for seeking out a child care position again, is to help socialize my little ones who aren't going to school and give them some fun friends to do some "school" activities with, besides just mom. Things like, painting, and crafts, and outdoor games are much more fun with friends! I have a clean background check, and so does my husband. My husband works on MacDill AFB and maintains a top secret security clearance. We have our own home with plenty of space for children inside and outside.
