Hello! My name is Jenna Corba. I am currently a junior at the University of Central Florida studying to be an elementary school teacher. I am planning on being a 1st grade teacher, however I have worked with kids of all ages! I come from a pretty big family with five siblings, but most of my experience working with children comes from my time working at the YMCA Before I moved to Orlando for school, I worked at the YMCA for about two years. As part of training for working at the Y, I was required to complete First Aid and CPR training, so I am certified. At the Y, I provided childcare while parents worked out within the facility. I worked with kids ages six weeks to 12 years old. Typically, I provided general supervision infants, toddlers, and children. However, I played a lot of games and helped the Read more kids with A LOT of crafts! I had a lot of fun working with the kids at the Y and working with them was what helped me realize that I wanted to be a teacher.
