I have been caring for other kids since I was 5 years old. I began getting paid for my work once I made it to the 3rd grade. I have taken a childhood and development class in high school. I am able to work with a range of ages that allows me to understand the mental capacity of the child. With my experience working alongside others, I have learned how to cater to specific needs of individuals as well as groups.
