I’ve been working in the educational field since 2011. I started out as a host employee, which is an afterschool program. And from there, I became a paraprofessional working with students in the ESE department. From 2021-2024 I word as a permanent sub with my own classroom deal with students from K through eighth with Idea academy, I am passionate about education and committed to supporting students' learning in a respectful, structured, and engaging environment. I bring with me strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt quickly — all of which I believe are essential in a substitute teaching role.
