I am a junior at University of Miami majoring in Business Economics with a minor in Spanish. When I’m not studying I enjoy working out, singing and exploring the city of Miami. I have extensive experience with children. From the age of 16 years old I have babysat for children of a very broad age range—whether its changing diapers or dropping them off at the movies to meet friends I've done it all. I am not the type of babysitter to sit and watch your kids; I love getting on the floor and actually playing with them. The family I most recently worked for on a regular basis before college had a 7-year-old son and a 1- year-old daughter. I genuinely enjoyed playing with the kids together and coming up with activities that engaged both of them at the same time. We kept a very consistent routine at night. While Read more I put the baby to sleep at 7pm (changing her diaper and feeding her a bottle), I’d have the son watch t.v or shower if need be. Once she was down, the son and I would do anything from building Legos, to playing board games, to hide-and-seek. He went to bed at 9pm and him and I always took turns reading books in bed until he was tired. I loved the family and would be happy to have you contact them as a reference. In addition, I am an animal lover and growing up I had cats, dogs, birds and hamsters, so I would be able to feed, walk or care for any of your pets. While I do not have any official certifications or training, my extensive years of experience and sincere love of kids makes me a suitable babysitter for any family.
