Summertime Greetings! My name is Cayja. I am a young adult currently attending hybrid college courses at Palm Beach State College, in hopes to pursuing a career in dentistry in the near future. In 2017 I moved from north Georgia to south Florida and was welcomed to Church by the glades. Though it was tough adjusting to a new environment in a new state, the daycare center really turned things around for me. I volunteered at the church daycare every Sunday from 9am-2pm for about 3 years. I adapted easily and picked up responsibly quickly to supervising and caring for 1 and 2-year-olds, as well as infants. I am very passionate about the wellbeing and overall joy of the children when parents aren't around. My responsibilities consisted of feeding at snack time, changing diapers, entertaining and assisting the kids with books and toys to almost 15 infants and toddlers at Read more a time. My experiences and parent feedback with kids makes me more than capable for babysitting on my own. I brought up the idea to start babysitting to my fellow volunteers and they immediately loved the idea and started helping me look for opportunities. Daily skills: -cooking -dishes -laundry -homework help -crafts, singing, playground supervision - intermediate first aid - change diapers - own vehicle
