My name is Cheryl, my experience with caring for children started way back when I got my first babysitting job in 1980. I had other jobs here and there, but all through my middle and high school years, babysitting was what I did. When I was a student at Michigan State University, I was a care giver for a family with three children. I stayed with them until I graduated in 1993. I married my husband in 1994 and we started our business in 1997, and also had the first of our four children in that year. Our last child was born in 2008. I am able to be a SAHM, which is something for which I will always be grateful and cherish. Since my youngest is now 14, and my next oldest is 17 and can drive, I've been finding work outside our business and am a Substitute Custodian/Food-service/Teacher Read more for our school district. I really enjoy being around kids. Being a Mother, I truly understand the need for trustworthy child care. I had a hard time leaving my children with sitters, so I just want to convey that I will provide child care with patience, gentleness, and kindness.
