I am a 26-year-old experienced nanny and certified yoga instructor. I currently have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from FSU. I also completed an internship with the State Attorneys Office through Florida State University during my last semester of undergraduate studies. Shortly after, I made the move down to South Florida from Tallahassee, and enjoyed the warm weather while working as a nanny for a few years. I am now enrolled in school once again, working on obtaining my bachelors of science in nursing. I have a younger sister, an older sister, and an older brother. I helped raise my little sister (who was born when I was 12 years old) and was her permanent babysitter and best friend before I left for college. I also babysat my little sister's friends and their siblings (ranging from infant to preteen). I work well with young kids and love to play games Read more with them and help them learn. I also have experience assisting my 28-year-old brother who has cerebral palsy. I feel comfortable with mentally and physically challenged individuals and enjoy providing engaging activities for them. My older sister has so generously provided me with three younger nieces, and two younger nephews, whom I absolutely love to spend time with. My nephews are 7 months old, and 2 years old, and my nieces are 12, 11, and 5 years old. I love visiting home and spending time with them. My sister often asks me to watch all of my nieces and nephews when I am home so she can relax; I have no problem doing so seeing as they light up my life. Being around children brings me joy and I would love nothing more than to help your family out. Overall, I have been babysitting for over 14 years. I adore pets and am comfortable caring for them as well. I have a 4-year-old dog (Chance) and am more than understanding that our animals are our babies and deserve as much love and attention as any other member of the family. I enjoy doing yoga, biking to the beach, taking Chance to the dog park, reading, and spending time with my husband. I recently competed a background check and drug screening through The Babysitting Company. I am also certified in Advanced Child Care Training w/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
