Maurita is a delight. You get more than just a babysitter, you get someone who spends quality time with your child. She brings her adorable daughter; which makes me feel more comfortable that my son is also spending time with another child his age. As someone who’s not comfortable, letting just anyone watch their child, I feel very blessed to have, across Maurita and I really feel like I have found someone that I can trust with my son for the long-term. Also, she is kind enough to send photos of how things are going during the sitting session which puts me at ease.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to for Maurita. Words can not express how grateful I am to have had Mauritas help during what felt like the most challenging few months! I was a little bit skeptical of having a stranger look after my baby but Maurita proved herself to be trust worthy and now as we like to call her a new addition to our family. I hired her to come to London to help me with my newborn as I still had a lot of work to do. She was so patient and caring with my baby and never judged me. She knew exactly how to settle my daughter down and even offered to stay up during the night to give me a break! If you are a new mum and need someone who will care for your baby as if it was their own I would recommend Maurita.

Maurita watched my son for two months this summer, and I cannot recommend her enough. First and foremost, Maurita was incredibly caring and attentive to my son's needs. She took the time to get to know him and understand his personality, interests, and quirks, and tailored her care accordingly. She was always patient and kind, and my son adored her. In addition to her excellent caregiving skills, Maurita was also very reliable. This was a huge relief for me, as I knew that my son was in good hands and that I could count on Maurita to be there for him. Another standout quality of Maurita was her creativity in coming up with activities to keep my son busy and engaged. She would com up with fun games that were both entertaining and educational. My son loved the variety of activities she planned, and it was clear that she put a lot of thought and effort into making sure he had a great time. Finally, I appreciated Maurita's great communication skills. She was always willing to listen to my concerns and feedback, and kept me updated on my son's daily activities and any issues that may have arisen. She was also very flexible with scheduling, which made it easy for me to make arrangements that worked for both of us. I highly recommend Maurita to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and creative caregiver.

Maurita watched my 2-year-old for two weeks before she started daycare. She was able to deal with my daughter’s big emotions, especially when it was time for her to be separated from Mommy and Daddy each day. Maurita handled these moments with great patience and care. She provided the comfort and support my daughter needed, even managing to get her to sleep at nap time, which can be quite a challenge. I was impressed by the variety of activities that Maurita prepared for the kids. They engaged in singing, dancing, coloring, and playing outside, ensuring that every day was filled with fun and creativity. Importantly, she respected my wishes regarding no screen time, which I deeply appreciated. Overall, Maurita was a fantastic caregiver who went above and beyond. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication were evident throughout her time with us. I highly recommend her to any family in need of a reliable and nurturing nanny or babysitter.

A wonderful person that has amazing experience with a compassionate forward approach. She was an amazing support to me, as a single mom, and to my daughter who was only 4 months when we started working together. My daughter was smiling and laughing every time she arrived and her daughter became a dear friend to mine. I wish we could have worked together for much, much longer! So grateful that she is a part of our lives!
