Hello my name is Teresa. I have primarily worked the past few years in the veterinary field but looking for a change of pace. Although I have had no recent paid experience in child care I consider myself fully qualified and capable for a position as nanny or babysitter. I was an assistant ESL teacher grade K-6 in California, but that was 15 years ago. I have the patience and the ability to work with infants, toddlers, children, preteen. Kids bring a daily challenge and entertainment like no other. I raised 2 boys and mainly have nieces. Our family participated in a babysitting coop in Irvine, California where their were 30 families so I considered my experience quite varied. I have been CPR certified for my previous employment but would need a refresher course for current certification.
