Hello, my name is Diana Alvarez and I’m excited about the opportunity to care for your children. I have a strong background in child care and behavior management, with experience working in various educational and therapeutic settings. I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, along with a teaching certification in the state of Florida. In the past, I’ve worked as a teacher in group settings with 5-8 children with disabilities, served as a behavioral analyst, and currently offer parent training courses for families. I am also a certified BCaBA and a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy therapist (PCIT). My work focuses on children with ADHD, autism, and anxiety, where I apply positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
